Ruth Hefter, 94, passed away on October 19, 2023. Beloved wife of the late Seymour Hefter to whom she was lovingly married for 69 years. Loving mother to Jesse Hefter and his wife Brenda, Shais Hefter and his wife Merle, David Hefter and his wife Wendy, and Shoshana Hefter Weisman and her husband Amnon. Ruth was a grandmother to 20 and a great grandmother to 36. She was a generous, dignified, and kind person.
Funeral services will be on Sunday morning, October 22 at 8:30 AM at Levine Chapels, 470 Harvard St., Brookline. Burial will follow in Israel at Kvutzat Yavne.
Local shiva will occur at the home of Jesse and Brenda Hefter.
