Shirley had a long successful career that began at The Boston Post. This was followed by various administrative positions at Boston State College, Brandeis University and Bunker Hill Community College. She was an animal lover and loved her precious Lloyd. Shirley also enjoyed reading and was an avid bargain shopper. In addition, Shirley appreciated and collected antiques. Our dear friend loved a great conversation and was a wonderful hostess making all her guests feel welcome. She will be missed.
Graveside services at Forest Hills Cemetery, 95 Forest Hills Avenue (off Morton Street), Jamaica Plain on Monday, December 30, at 1:00PM.
