Family, I am so sorry for your loss.  After many years, I still think about Sybil every time I speak.  She taught me so much about speaking and presentations. She was a wonderful women.  She also taught me about cruising.

Sybil was very special to me and my entire family. She will be missed.

Please accept my sincere and heartfelt condolences on Sybil's passing.  I am indeed shocked and saddened.  I always looked forward to our annual New Year's Eve broadcast. I was deeply saddened to learn of Sybil's passing. I have known her for many years. My mother was Charlotte Segall, past president of Beth Avodah. Joshua, my son, and I truly enjoyed working with Sybil and being a part of the "Annie Get Your Gun" cast. It is a very special memory for the both of us. Your mother was a vibrant, caring human being and she will be missed.  Jason was also a very special man as he was very close to my father, Dexter Segall and I felt honored to have Jason speak at my father's funeral.
May the wonderful memories of her life and love carry you through this sad time.

I feel so lucky to have met Sybil. She came along at just the right moment in my life. I'll never forget coming over for lessons at her house on Sunday mornings, the way she would always have my coffee ready, and how I would leave her little office walking on air. She helped me in a big way. Eric, Amy, and Faye, your mom was something else. I'll miss her very much.

I am so sorry for your loss of the wonderful and vivacious Sybil.   I know how painful this is and also know no words can express your sorrow or the sorrow of the whole community.  My favorite story about Sybil came from a Board meeting where changes were being discussed and debated.  The change was significant and never explored before.  Sybil raised her hand and said that she was a founder at the temple and change was good if we didn't try new things and embrace change basically we would go no where.  I remember thinking - YOU GO GIRL!!  Love that memory

I was Sybil's partner on 1550 Today for 12 years.. I used to produce her shows on Monday for her and host the Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday segments while she hosted the Monday and Friday segments. We had many enjoyable times together and I learned a lot from her on how to be a good talk show host. My heart goes out to her family and friends.
