Terri G. Karol, 66, of Medway, entered into rest on Saturday, January 19, 2019. She was the beloved wife of Thomas L. Karol, with whom she shared 35 years of marriage. Born in Hartford, Connecticut, she was the daughter of the late Florence & Irving Goldberg. Terri was a retired English/Title I teacher and a current SAT/test prep tutor.
In addition to her husband, Tom, those left to cherish Terri’s memory are her devoted son, Jason Arthur Karol, her loving twin sister Gerri and her husband Jeff Eastment, her sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Karin and Robert Karol, her nephews, Alex and Todd Karol, and her mother-in-law, Marjorie Karol Kramer. Terri cultivated special bonds with people who were like family to her. Among those honored in that way were Sharon Reynolds, Iris Vanderwalde, and Susan Boig. Terri was preceded in death by her sister, Dr. Linda Seligman.
A celebration of Terri’s life will be held on Wednesday, January 23 at 3:00 PM at Stanetsky Memorial Chapel, 475 Washington Street, CANTON, MA.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Terri’s memory to the Gastrointestinal Cancer Treatment Center at the Dana Farber Cancer Institute at 450 Brookline Avenue, Boston, MA 02215.
