Anthony Malgioglio

Anthony Malgioglio, beloved father, husband, son and brother, age 55, formerly of Brooklyn, NY passed away on Sunday, October 3, 2021. Anthony graduated the City University of New York, Brooklyn College with a degree in Accounting. Anthony, a Certified Public Accountant, mentor to many and a friend to all, passed away peacefully in his sleep.

Anthony is survived by his loving wife, Barbara Malgioglio (nee Cooley); his three devoted sons, Nicholas, Michael and Daniel; his loving parents Agrippino and Patricia Malgioglio; his sister and brother-in-law Jamie and Peter Reinish, their children Sara and Quinton; his sister Loretta Masiello and her son Thomas, cousin Greg Christensen, and many loving family members.

Anthony was a devoted husband, father, son, brother and uncle who enjoyed weight lifting, comic book collectibles, vacationing with family in Wildwood, NJ, and tending to his garden. Anthony was active in community affairs, and enjoyed sharing vignettes on social media. He had a flare for storytelling, engaging listeners with descriptive narrative and anecdotes. Anthony was a problem solver who enjoyed motivating family and friends. His memory and love will be cherished, and kept alive in the hearts of his adoring family and all who knew him.

A visitation for Anthony will be held Friday, October 8, 2021 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Cusimano & Russo Funeral Home, 2005 West 6th St, Brooklyn, NY 11223.
