Christopher Golembiewski

Chris was the husband of Heidi Galli; together they shared unparalleled joy in parenting their son Otto. The greatest happiness of Chris’ life was being a father.

Chris was always quick to engage in conversations on politics, business and sports. He shared a lifelong devotion to the Dallas Cowboys with his brother Craig. Chris held a Ph.D. in Finance from IESE Business School at the University of Navarra in Barcelona, Spain and a MBA from Manhattan College.

Chris had a great sense of humor, an infectious smile, and a kind and compassionate spirit. Facing grave illness Chris relied on his Catholic faith to share the gifts of courage and strength with his family.

Chris was preceded in death by his father, Robert. He is survived by his beloved wife Heidi and son Otto; his mother Joan; sister Cheryl Theriault (Kevin and sons Justin (wife Taylor), Chris and Robbie); and brother Craig (Jeanne and children Maggie and Sean).

A Memorial Mass will be held Saturday, March 7 at 10AM, Saint Francis Xavier Church, 225 6th Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11215.
