Beloved husband of the late Emma. Loving father of Lillian & Vinny Afflitto, Gina & Scott Kuenzle and Dorene & Chris Bevacqua. Dear grandfather of 16 and great-grandfather of 7. Generoso was also beloved by his nieces, nephews, cousins and everyone that knew and loved him. He proudly served his country in the United States Navy, obtaining the rank of Seamen Apprentice. Generoso was a die-hard Ranger and Giant fan and loved his trips to Atlantic City, always frequenting the dice tables, cigar in hand!
A visitation for Generoso will be held Friday, December 29, 2023 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Cusimano & Russo Funeral Home, 2005 West 6th St, Brooklyn, NY 11223. A mass of christian of burial will occur Saturday, December 30, 2023 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at Our Lady of Grace, 430 Ave W, Brooklyn, NY 11223. Interment to follow, with Naval Military Honors, in Resurrection Cemetery, 391 Sharott Avenue, Staten Island, NY 10309.
