Herbert Rubin passed away Sunday September 1, 2013 in Florida he was 96 years old. He is Survived by his Wife Helen Rubin. He was self employed in the printing business. Funeral services will be 11:00AM Sunday September 8, 2013 at Mount Lebanon Cemetery Queens, New York 718-821-0200.
