

Gregory Lee Skelton, age 65, died on Saturday, July 12, 2014, at the Heron Pointe Health and Rehabilitation Center, in Brooksville, FL. A longtime resident of Nobleton, Florida. Gregory was born on May 6, 1949, in Erie, PA, to Wallace and Peggy (Warren) Skelton. Gregory was always known to be passionate about everything he did. As a fitness enthusiast, he was a Runner, Cycler, Swimmer, Surfer and Triathlete. Gregory was known to be a world traveler, in Europe, Mexico, and Costa Rica. Always funny and silly to those who knew him he enjoyed playing guitar, loved the beach, and will be missed by many. Gregory was raised as a Roman Catholic and in his youth was an Alter Server. Gregory was preceded in death by his father, Wallace Skelton, and by his brother Christopher Skelton. He is survived by his family members and many friends, including his daughters, Meredith Leigh Kesler and her husband Andrew, of Melrose, MA, and Jessica Skelton and her fiancee Drew Warwick, of Manchester, NH. mother Peggy Skelton of Leesburg, VA. Sister, Trudy Wright of Folly Beach, SC., and a host of cousins from the East to West Coast of America. A Memorial gathering, where all family and friends will visit will be held at the Turner Funeral Homes, Brooksville Chapel, 504 East Jefferson Street, Brooksville, Florida on Saturday, July 26, 2014, from 1-3 PM.
