Carolyn Oliver

1981-2018

Carolyn Jennifer Oliver, 36, loving and loved daughter of Gordon and Patricia (nee Mingie), sister of Jeffrey (deceased).

She leaves to mourn her grandfathers Arthur Oliver (Vancouver) and Walter Mingie (Ottawa), aunts, uncles, cousins, colleagues, and friends.

Carolyn was a proud physiotherapist, avid soccer player, enthusiastic cyclist, downhill skier, SCUBA instructor, adapted ski instructor, swimmer, Ultimate frisbee player, stamp collector, and volunteer. Vibrant, enthusiastic, passionate, smiling, she was a friend and helper to everyone she met. The world was a better place in so many ways while she was in it.

Visitation and celebration of her life will be held on Saturday, February 10th, 2018 at La Maison Darche, 7679 Boul. Taschereau, Brossard, from 2pm to 5pm.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Adaptive Sports Foundation would be much appreciated.

Carolyn Jennifer Oliver, 36 ans, fille aimante et aimée de Gordon et Patricia (née Mingie), sœur de Jeffrey (décédé).

Elle laisse dans le deuil ses grands-parents Arthur Oliver (Vancouver) et Walter Mingie (Ottawa), tantes, oncles, cousin(e)s, collègues et ami(e)s.

Carolyn était une fière physiothérapeute, une fervente joueuse de soccer, une cycliste enthousiaste, une adepte de ski alpin, une instructrice de plongée sous-marine, une monitrice de ski adaptée, une nageuse, une joueuse d’ultimate frisbee, une philatéliste et une bénévole. Vibrante, enthousiaste, passionnée, souriante, elle était une amie et une aide pour tous ceux qu’elle rencontrait. Le monde était meilleur à bien des égards pendant qu’elle y était.

La visite et la célébration de sa vie auront lieu à La Maison Darche, 7679. Boul. Taschereau, Brossard, Qc, J4Y 1A2, le samedi 10 février 2018 de 14h à 17h.

Au lieu de fleurs, des dons à la Fondation des sports adaptés seraient grandement appréciés.
