Barbara Ann Romero

On Thursday, February 6th Barbara Ann Romero joined her beloved Natascha in Heaven. She passed with loved ones by her side. Anyone who had the pleasure of meeting Barbara was met with an engaging smile, warm hug & a genuine curiosity to learn what she could about the light within their hearts. Barbara is survived by her husband, the love of her life, Roy, son, Christopher David, daughter-in-law, Nicole, stepdaughter, Heidi, and grandsons, Dayne and Dean. She lived her life in the service of her loved ones & the community around her. Her devotion to family, faith, & life gave those of us closest to her a beautiful hope that left us inspired to be better people. She had an unyielding faith in the love of God. We know that she is at peace in his presence, filled with joy to be by Natascha’s side again. Barbara was a pillar of strength, filled with compassion, patience, and an unwavering sense of self. The impact of her love & resilience lives on in her family & the lives of those she had the opportunity to touch. Rest well, in love and light; our family will forever be looking for you in the stars.

A memorial service will be held Friday, February 21st from 12:00pm to 3:00pm at Funeraria Del Angel Rose Lawn, 4464 Old Port Isabel Rd., Brownsville, TX 78526.
