Carlos is survived by his children: Ana Maria Lozano, Graciela Lozano, Carlos E. Lozano, Alma D. Lozano, Jorge L. Lozano and Dante I. Lozano.

Carlos was preceded in death by his wife: Victoria Lozano †; parents: Guadalupe Lozano † and Eufemia Lozano †; his brothers: Julio Lozano †, Fernando Lozano † and Aniceto Lozano †.

A visitation for Carlos will be held Wednesday, March 5, 2025 from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM with a Rosary at 7 pm en Capilla de Angeles, at Funeraria del Angel Buena Vista, 125 Mcdavitt Blvd, Brownsville, Texas 78521. A mass will occur Thursday, March 6, 2025 at 10:00 AM at Our Heavenly Father Catholic Church, 9178 Tomas Cortez Jr St,, Olmito, Texas 78575. A burial will occur Thursday, March 6, 2025 at 11:00 AM at Buena Vista Burial Park, 5 Mcdavitt Blvd, Brownsville, Texas 78521.
