

Jerry was a member of the Masonic Lodge where he served as Grand Master in the 1970’s. He was also a Shriner. Jerry was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Brownsville, Texas where he served one term as a Deacon. He was a local business owner and owner/ operator in the trucking industry.

Mr. Galbreath is preceded in death by his parents, Paulene and Herald Galbreath.
Gerald is survived by his loving wife, Carmen Galbreath; his children, Lana (Allen) Reed, Loren (Danya) Galbreath, Lynn (Mike) Duncan, Penny (Mike) Parks, Larry (Michelle) Galbreath, Gina (Fred) Williams, Rita (Luis) Mascorro, Sandra Alvarado and Lynn (Sherrie) Crossett; 15 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; and his beloved pet, Pepito.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, September 2, 2014 from 3:00p.m. to 9:00p.m. with a Prayer Service to be conducted at 7:00p.m. at Funeraria Del Angel Buena Vista.
