With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Hector S. Garcia, age 72, of Brownsville, Texas, on Wednesday, September 24, 2025. Hector was a devoted husband, loving father, and faithful Jehovah’s Witness. Hector dedicated his life to serving Jehovah and was a source of strength and guidance to his family and congregation.
He retired from Wells Fargo Bank after a long and honorable career, known for his integrity and kindness. His faith, love, and quiet strength touched all who knew him.
He will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered always.
Hector is survived by his wife, Elena Garcia, his son Gabriel Garcia (Elizabeth), his two brothers, Lupe Garcia Jr., Raul Garcia Sr., and his sisters Evangelina Alamo, Esmeralda Campos, and Noemi Campos.
A memorial service for Hector will be held Saturday, October 4, 2025, at 4:00 PM at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 1946 Old Port Isabel Rd, Brownsville, TX 78521.
