He lived by the words "The sky's the limit." Family and education were his life. A dedicated educator of 48 years, he was a teacher to tens of thousands of students in Mexico. He was an advocate of progressive education and an excellent public speaker. He was a loving husband, father, uncle, teacher, professor, and friend. He will be greatly missed by all those who knew him.
He is preceded in death by his father: Cipriano Cuellar Cuevas, mother: Maria de los Angeles Ornelas Garza and brother: Jesus David Cuellar Ornelas.
Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife: Irma Alicia Guerra de Cuellar, son: Jose Luis Cuellar Jr, daughters: Brenda Jacqueline Cuellar and Brency Stephanie Cuellar, sister: Maria Guadalupe Cuellar de Garza and numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and extended family.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 22, 2016 from 11am to 9pm with a Rosary at 7pm at Funeraria Del Angel Buena Vista, followed by Cremation.
