Jose Antonio Lerma "Tony" passed away on Wednesday, May 10, 2017 in Houston, Tx. Born in Brownsville, Tx, he spent many happy moments doing what he liked best: fishing, hunting, barbecuing raising his family, and socializing with friends and family. Mr. Lerma is preceded in death by his mother; Maria de Jesus Lerma, his father; Liberato Lerma Sr., and sisters; Rosalinda Cavazos and Martha Lerma. He is survived by his loving wife, Colleen G. Lerma, three sisters; Maria Isabel Lerma Gonzalez, Laura Klesel, and Letty Lerma, brother; Liberato Lerma Jr., son: Thomas East , and daughter; Janna Bullard, and 13 nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held Sunday, May 14, 2017 from 10am to 9pm with a Rosary at 7pm. Mass will be held Monday, May 15, 2017 at 2pm at St. Joseph Catholic Church followed by a committal service to Rose Lawn Memorial Gardens.
