Magdalena was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother whose life was marked by devotion to her family, a strong work ethic, and a joyful spirit that brought people together.
Magdalena worked as an employee at Levi’s from May 1983 to May 1997, a chapter of her life that reflected her dedication, reliability, and pride in honest work. She also found happiness in travel and connecting with others through her role as a tour guide with Garcia Tours, especially enjoying trips to Las Vegas—an experience she truly loved.
Community and friendship were important to Magdalena. She was a cherished member of El Jardín Adult Day Care and Amigos del Valle, where she built meaningful connections and shared many special moments. In the 1980’s, she was also a proud member of Damas en Fuego, a group that reflected her faith and passion for the word of God.
Those who knew Magdalena will remember her for the warmth she brought to everyday life—especially at family gatherings, where she enjoyed laughter, conversation, and playing Chalupa, a favorite pastime that always made the moment feel like home.
