My Dear; Yayá; Today I relieve the day you transitioned and ascended to be with our Heavenly Father. I miss you everyday of my life. Just as we both missed our beloved mamá Finitá when she had to leave us, it was her time. But, both you and I were cheated. God knows all. HE, saw it all. The pain they have all caused us. Is overwhelming for me who is left all alone and abandaned. But, you are with all of our loved ones. I am the last to go. My burden is heavy to be the last one. God has been good to us all. I love you so, much and we will always need you. Some more than others my love. You and our mom was the fabric that held our family together. Yayá you and our Mamá Josefiná Mtz. Garcia. Will forever be my mom's, I don't see you all as my adopted family. All I have now is God. But, I know you all pray for me. I shall keep the faith, run the course, keep the fight, and finish the race. By God's grace. Yours Son, Raleigh

   My loved one was the youngest of her siblings. Her beloved mother and mine was the matriarch of the family. Together they helped and held the family together. Through guidance and faith and prayer the good Lord saw us through it all. Maria would work hard holding two jobs at a time to help her family together. She was a product of the depression and knew how to budget her money and spend it wisely.  
   She took care of her father when she could and was by his side as often as time would allow her too. She also took care of her brother who she loved so, much. Fernando M. Garcia his entire life as well as her sisters. Our mother always adopted kids and again she would be there for them too.
    Everyone always had a place to eat, rest, and sleep at our humble home. It was that way for decades. 
   She was our Easter Bunny, our Tooth Ferry, our Santa Clauss and the head of our household who worked very hard to give us our clothing, medicine, food, and a roof over our heads. 
   My Mamá Yayá was bigger than life. Even she didn't know it. We found out only because we lost her. 
   God has rescued her now. She is well and with all her loved ones in heaven. "Oh, my Yayá I'm proud of you for having finished the race and keeping the faith and me as your son." Roy

The Ruenes always saw her as part of our family. Our mother Viola passed away a short 5 months ago on October 24th 2012, so we know and feel what you all are going through. But how can we cry when she was always Happy and smiling and kind to us  (just like my mother was too). We as the Victoria family of employees have lost many in the past and if our Mother was alive today you could bet she would be at her funeral. Unfortunately my sister Mary Esther, my brothers Raymond and Larry all live out of town and I will not be able to attend the services because I work, but I took time to go by and pay my respects and to say my goodbyes we will all keep here in our prayers and in our hearts.
