He is survived by his parents, Luis H. Bocanegra and Yolanda Vasquez; wife, Gloria Barrera; sister, Guadalupe Alaniz; brothers, Luis H. Bocanegra Jr. and Marcos G. Bocanegra; half brother, Luis H. Bocanegra; half sisters, Manuela Bocanegra and Martha Bocanegra.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 22, 2012 from 1pm – 10pm with a rosary at 7pm at Funeraria Del Angel Buena Vista.
A Mass of Resurrection will be held at 1pm will be held on Monday, July 23, 2012 at Saint Mary’s Catholic Church at 1914 Barnard Road with interment to follow at RoseLawn Memorial Gardens.
