Rogelio Raya

Our family would like to extend our deepest gratitude to everyone who contributed to his care and for your thoughts, prayers and support during his brief illness. Special thanks to St. Luke's Hospital ICU staff in San Antonio, TX., and the Texas Organ Sharing Alliance for their outstanding care.

Roger - you will be eternally missed.

Rogelio is survived by his siblings Dolores Rojano (Carlos), Enedina Spencer (Earl), Jose T. Raya, Francis R. Meza (Arturo), Josefina Manzano (Gilberto), Leonardo Raya (Mercedes), Patricia Vega (Mario) and Ramiro Raya (Maribel).

Rogelio was preceded in death by his parents Juan and Enedina C. Raya, brother Juan Raya, sisters Josefina and Rosa Maria Raya.

Rogelio Raya also leaves behind numerous nieces, nephews and cousins to cherish his memory.

A committal service for Rogelio will be held Monday, May 5, 2025 at 1:00 PM at Rose Lawn Memorial Gardens, 4464 Old Port Isabel Rd., Brownsville, TX 78526.
