Stefany was the world's great mother, wife, and daughter anyone could ever ask for. She was also loving, caring, thoughtful, and a great human being. Stefany was the type of being that would bring the brightest ray of sunshine to any ones gloomy day. She had the most contagious smile that would light up a room. She will be missed by all who have met her.
Stefany is survived by her husband, Rigoberto Fragoso; son Angel Rodriguez; mother Dora Alicia Govea and father Armando Govea; sister Doris Govea and brother Jesse Govea.
A visitation for Stefany will be held Thursday, February 11, 2021 from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Funeraria del Angel Buena Vista, 125 Mcdavitt Blvd, Brownsville, Texas 78521. A mass will occur Friday, February 12, 2021 at 3:00 PM at San Felipe De Jesus Catholic Church, 2215 Rancho Viejo Ave, Brownsville, Texas 78521. A burial will occur Friday, February 12, 2021 at Buena Vista Burial Park, 5 Mcdavitt Blvd, Brownsville, Texas 78521.
