Virginia Garcia

Always a household, a mother that was always there for her children. Virginia was well known for her cooking and her specialty was menudo and mole. She will be dearly missed.

Virginia is preceded in death by her mother Maria de los Angeles Ibarra and husband Joaquin Garcia, sisters Maria Rodriguez, Mercedes Spendler, Herlinda Espinoza and brother Carlos Rodriguez.

Virginia is survived by her brother Jose Chavez, sons Joaquin Garcia, Rolando Garcia, daughters Ana M. Garcia, Jesusa (Susie) Garcia, 7 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.

A visitation for Virginia will be held Thursday, September 14, 2023 from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. with a chapel service at 3:00 p.m. in Chapel of Angels at Funeraria Del Angel Buena Vista, 125 Mcdavitt Blvd., Brownsville, Texas 78521.
