

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 am, Wednesday, August 9, 2023 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Bryan. Interment will follow at New Tabor Cemetery in Burleson County.
Visitation will be from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm, Tuesday, August 8, 2023 at Memorial Funeral Chapel in Bryan with the Rosary recited at 7:00 pm at the funeral home.
Ella was born June 8, 1926 in Burleson County to Joe and Millie (Orsag) Paul.
She enjoyed being a homemaker, cooking, reading, and gardening. Ella will be most remembered for her strong faith in God and her love of family.
Ella was preceded in death by her parents; her husband of nearly 63 years, Al Provazek; a son, Lee Provazek; a brother, Joe Paul; and sisters, Frances Horcica, Vlasta Marburger, Olga Provazek, Bernice Surovik, Pauline Dobrovolny, and Julie Bayer.
Surviving Ella are a daughter and son-in-law, Debbie and Earl Hamilton of Fair Oaks Ranch, Texas; two sons and daughters-in-law, David P. and Barbara Provazek and Tim and Amanda Provazek, all of Bryan; and daughter-in-law, Veronica Provazek of Southlake. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
