

Visitation will be from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm Thursday, October 12, 2023 at Memorial Funeral Chapel in Bryan. Graveside service will be held at 11:00 am Friday at Rest-Ever Memorial Park Cemetery. Chaplain William Plotts of AccentCare Hospice will officiate.
Joe was born December 13, 1937 in Gause the son of Roy and Jessie (Baxter) Baggerly. He graduated and played football for Milano High School; after graduating he attended Doolin Technical School. Joe worked for W.E. Kutzschbach A/C from 65-71, then opening Baggerly A/C in 1971 and retired in 1996.
Joe enjoyed hunting, fishing, watching football and gambling at the casinos. He loved to make people laugh and “making memories”.
Joe is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Charlotte Baggerly; daughter, Kristol Nodes; and a grandson, Robert English.
He is survived by his children, Tammie Knight and husband Tim, Melanie English and husband Bob, Joe Baggerly Jr. and wife Luci; sister, Lula Lukens; grandchildren, Lori Vrajch and husband Sasha, Jack Boyd, Jane English, Clayton English, Cameron English, Kelsey Boyd, Diego Benavides and Joe Baggerly III; great-grandchildren, Kai, Alexa, Bonnie, Emmy Lu and Kaliope; and his beloved dog, Rebel.
The family would like to thank AccentCare Hospice for the loving care they gave to Joe.
