Clayton A Grafton

Clayton Allen Grafton, age 76, a 31-year resident of Bullhead City, Arizona, passed away peacefully in his sleep on Monday, October 9, 2023 in Bullhead City, Arizona. Clayton was born in Lima, Ohio on December 15, 1946, to Benjamin and Glenna Grafton and was the youngest of five boys.

Clayton moved to Arizona as a retired ironworker and shortly realized he had too much free time on his hands. To fill this free time, he became the Head of Maintenance for Walmart where he retired after 20 years of service and making some amazing friends.

After his second retirement, he enjoyed adventures with his girlfriend, Shelby on his motorcycle and attending Bluegrass Festivals.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 40 years, Sherry Grafton who passed in 2009; parents and two brothers, Gary and Wayne.

Clayton is survived by his three children, Robert, Wendy, and Marcy who blessed him with seven grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren; two brothers, Harold and Denny; and by his faithful dog Rusty.

In lieu of flowers, please consider and donation in the name of Clayton to the local Boys and Girls Club.

At this time there is no memorial service planned, however raise that beer, and send him a cheer as he is in a much better place than here!
