Jesus J Mejia Abelar

Jesus J Mejia Abelar, age 88, of Bullhead City, Arizona passed away on Tuesday, January 7, 2025. Jesus Mejia born in Zacatecas Mexico was a hard working man, He worked in the fields and was very passionate and proud to be farm worker. Jesus met his wife Maria Luisa in 1979 in Stockton shortly he proposed to her and married her. On his days off he would prepare the grill and make Carne Azada. He was in charge of the grill he accompanied the Carne Azada with some nopales and frijoles these were his favorite foods. When he was young he would go horseback riding he had the best moments of his life growing up. Jesus would always talk about all the goals he conquered coming to the U.S. He loved music Antonio Aguilar and Vicente Fernandez were his favorite singers he love watching all their movies and sing to the songs. Jesus will be remembered with love.

A Rosary for Jesus will be held Thursday, January 23, 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM Mass will start right after the Rosary at St. Margaret Mary Catholic, 1691 N. Oatman Road, Bullhead City, AZ 86442.

Following the Rosary & Mass will be a Funeral Service Viewing will be from 12:30 PM to 4:00,
