He is Survived by his Children – Romanita Ross (Samuel), Theodora King (Phillip), Ruth Kendrick (Maurice), Theodore Wright Rencher, Jr., Vernon DonAmeche Rencher, Jamie Lisa Rencher Nieve, Dexter Vaccaro, and his Loving sister Sylvia Hendrick.
He also leaves behind a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Theodore attended and graduated from Dunbar High School.
He served in the United States Air Force, where he was honorably discharged. After the military, he moved to Sacramento, California and attended Sacramento City College. After Graduating college, Theodore met Ruby Dee Frierson and became a Union Rep. for the city of Sacramento. After several years in Sacramento, Theodore moved back to Chicago where he went on to work for the Chicago Transit Authority for 25 years.
Theodore (Ted) Lived a full 86 years here in this world. He was dearly loved and he will be missed by all of his family and friends.
We will always remember Daddy, Da-yee, Granddaddy, and Ted.
