Verna Mae (Branum) Hamilton of Bullhead City, Arizona passed away on Thursday April 26, 2012. She died peacefully in her sleep at home. She was preceded in death by her loving husband Vince in 2005.
Verna was born and raised in Santa Barbara, Calif. She and Vince raised their family in Orange County, Calif. and they then retired to Bullhead City in 1993.
She is survived by many family and friends. Her four children: Linda, Mike, Ed, Nancy, and their spouses: Bruce, Traci, Denise and Spencer. Verna has ten grandchildren: Kristina, Jackie, Katie, Sara, Jesse, Tricia, Chad, Justin, Spencer and Alicia. She also leaves behind 12 great-grandchildren: Dalton, Dallas, Kaleigh, Dane, Logan, Mariah, Vincent, Melody, Annabella, Sophia, Parker, Avery and Chloe.
Verna was greatly loved and will be truly missed by many!
Graveside services will be held at Desert Lawn Cemetery in Mohave Valley, Arizona at 1:00pm on Saturday, May 12, 2012. The family asks that in lieu of flowers, a donation in Verna’s name be made to the American Kidney Fund.
