Carlos was born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil on September 21, 1957 to Jose and Rebecca Klotz.
He worked in the Dentistry field, and was a two year resident of Tarzana, CA.
Carlos is survived by his son, Taylor Jason Kern (24), of Burbank, CA., his daughter, Chelsea Paige Kern (23), of Mililani, HI., and by his brothers, Raul and Sergio Klotz. He is predeceased by both his parents.
A memorial service will be held at Valley Funeral Home located at 2121 W. Burbank Blvd, in Burbank, CA., on Sunday, September 27th, 2015 at 11:00 a.m
