

In Auburn he met his future bride Louise Flora Cioffa.
They moved to Burbank, California and were married in 1950 on
Thanksgiving Day. Theirs was a true storybook romance.
Before moving to California Frank served in the US Marine Corps for
3 years and was honorably discharged in November 1946.
After moving to California,Frank worked as an aircraft instrument mechanic for over 35 years.
Frank and Louise had two children. Janice Rose Volpe, born February 25, 1954
and Peter Stephen Volpe, Born May 12, 1961. Frank and Louise lost their beloved
son in 1973. Frank is survived by his wife; Louise F. Volpe, his daughter; Janice R. Volpe,
his grandchildren; Nadirah Volpe and Erion V. Taylor, and his great-grandchildren;
Stephan Peter Taylor and Gianna Rose Taylor, along with a host of family
and friends that loved him dearly.
Frank was many things, but will be remembered for his undying love and devotion
to his wife and family, his tall tales, his impeccable sense of humor and his larger
than life personality. May he rest peacefully and reunite joyfully with his son.
