

Joseph (Jim) James Voytko Jr, 75 of Burbank, California, passed away, peacefully, on Sunday morning, October 23,2016 at home. Born in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania on March 10,1941 to Joseph and Mary Voytko, he lived most of his life in Burbank, California.
Jim is survived by his wife of 53 years Donna Louise (Blaylock) Voytko, son David and his wife Willow, his grandchildren Benjamin and Olive, brothers Tom and Bill, their wives Sally and Bernice, his Uncle Tony and many loved nieces, nephews and cousins.
Jim worked as the owner of Service Air Control in Burbank. While semi-retired, he remained active with his business and maintained relationships that he had established as far back as the 1960s. He spent much of his free time enjoying his grandchildren who added new meaning to his life.
Above all, Jim identified as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses. Throughout his life he spent time assisting in a worldwide preaching effort and remained active in his local congregation until the end.
A memorial service will be held for all friends and family on November 5th at 2820 W Burbank Blvd, Burbank CA 91505 at 2:00PM at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses followed by a reception at Pickwick Gardens at 1001 Riverside Drive, Burbank 91506.
