

Zona was born to Henry and Clara Bosland in Clear Lake, Wisconsin on April 19th, 1924. She was raised in Iola, Wisconsin where she lived with her parents and her there sisters, Helen, Edythe, and Barbara. She married Orville on July 27th, 1946, in Topeka Kansas. Shortly after their marriage, Orville and Zona moved to Glendale California. In 1952, they settled into their home in Burbank, where they lived the remainder of their lives.
Zona was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She enjoyed her children and grandchildren, her dog, Casey, and the reading the Los Angeles Times. She especially loved doing the Times crossword puzzles, which she completed every day. She followed politics closely and was an ardent Democrat.
Zona is survived by her two children, Tom Pease and Connie Rosete, both still living in Burbank, and by her grandchildren, Stephanie Pease, Gregory Pease, Lisa Rosete, and Monica Rosete. She will be remembered fondly and will be missed by all who knew her.
