Alfonso Antonio Bastone

It is with immense sadness and broken hearts we announce the sudden passing of our dear Son Alfonso Antonio Bastone. Born September 8,1995 in Vancouver,BC passes away unexpectedly June 11,2017 in Coquitlam, BC at the age of Forever 21 years. Alfonso is survived by his loving parents Domenica Bevacqua and Luigi Bastone, his only sister Rosina (Tyler) and his precious niece Aubrey. His Nonno Alfonso (DOD July 2018), Nonna Rosina, Nonno Aldo (DOD June 2022) and Nonna Adelina are truly heartbroken since the passing of Alfonso.

Alfonso is extremely missed by all his Zios and Zias, his many first cousins and all the friends, co-workers and acquaintances he made along the way in his short life. Alfonso’s big smile, his corky laugh, funky dance moves and inside jokes will be missed by all. Alfonso’s love for spending time with family especially his one and only SuperBaby Aubrey made his eyes shine every time he saw her and when she called his name Toto his heart would melt. How we all wish you were here on Earth to watch her grow, you would have been her biggest cheerleader but we all know you are watching her and protecting all of us from Heaven. Soccer, martial arts and playing video games were his pass time and passion. Alfonso was on his way of becoming an electrician before his life was cut short unexpectedly. You would have been amazing at anything you chose to do for you love and commitment to anything you did was extraordinary.
