Alfredo Nardi

It is with great sadness and love that we announce the passing of Alfredo (Fred) Nardi who passed away on October 15, 2025 at St. Vincent's - Langara Care Home in Vancouver, B.C. at the age of 66. He fought Cancer courageously with determination for the last 19 years. Alfredo was born on May 17, 1959 in Vancouver, B.C. to Giuseppe and lolanda Nardi. On May 23, 1981 he married his one true love Suzanne with whom he shared 44 years of marriage along with raising a family. In his early years, Alfredo became a carpenter and after meeting Suzanne's father he ventured into sheet metal for a short period of time. He then worked at Dairyland and eventually took up plumbing, setting up his own business as his lifetime career. Alfredo and Suzanne welcomed three children Joseph, Frank (Tracy) and Gregory (Sofiya) and two grandsons Alexander and Fortunato, Alfredo is also survived by his brothers Frank (Maria) and Tony (Rita) and their families as well as his sister-in-law Michelle (Rod), brother-in-law Leonard and family. He was a very supportive family man working long hours to provide for his family. He was always willing to help family, friends and even strangers in time of need.

Prayers will be held at 7:30pm, Monday, October 27, 2025 at St. Augustine’s Parish, 2028 W 7 Ave. Vancouver, BC, Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30am, October 28, 2025, St. Augustine’s Parish, entombment will follow at Ocean View Burial Park, South Mausoleum.

We would like to thank our family and friends for their outpouring of love and generosity. The family would also like to extend gratitude to the B.C. Cancer Clinic and St. Vincent's­ Langara Care Home for all their endless dedication and compassion over the years. Rest in peace until we are reunited. You will be forever in our hearts. In lieu of flowers donations are welcome to the St. Paul's Foundation.
