January 18th, 1925 – January 11th, 2012
Bruno quietly slipped away from us just days short of his 87th birthday in the home he built for his family, surrounded by his ever-loving wife of 56 years, Cesira; sons Paul and Bruno, Brenda and granddaughters Romea and Giulia. Bruno came to Canada in 1952 from Italy and worked as a longshoreman. Family was everything to him – He shone when we were all together. He instilled love, devotion and kindness to everyone who knew him. Friends were abundant and he will be forever missed. Nonno will always be in our hearts and souls.
Prayers will be offered at 7pm on Tuesday, January 17, 2012 at St. Theresa’s Catholic Church, 5146 Laurel Street, Burnaby, B.C., where a Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 10am on Wednesday January 18th, 2012. Cremation will follow.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the B.C. Cancer Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
