Born in Victoria, BC, Cecil James Pine Lee passed away peacefully at home December 17, 2015.
Cecil was a kind soul, ever devoted and caring of his family.Cecil is survived by his loving wife, Nell, son Duncan (Maureen), daughter Colleen Grant (Gordon), and grand children Derek, Keevin, David and Shaye. And Norman the dog.
