Dennis David McIntosh

Dennis David McIntosh passed away peacefully on December 23, 2022 at the age of 80 years old. He is survived by his loving family, children Sandy Kikukawa, Bonnie Bordignon (Vito) and John McIntosh (Nomayne), Grandchildren, David, Danielle, Sophia, Sarah, Hannah and Ryan and many nieces, nephews and friends.

Dad was born in Vancouver and spent most of his adult life living in Maple Ridge/ Pitt Meadows where he worked as a heavy-duty mechanic for many years. His passion for cars was undeniable as he enjoyed working and owning many vehicles during his lifetime. Dad experienced travelling by RV throughout Canada and the US and developed a passion for travelling and experiencing the open road. Dad will be remembered for his ability to make you laugh and put a smile on your face with his quick wit and great sense of humor. Dad’s kind, compassionate, loyal and giving nature was evident by his willingness to always lend a helping hand. You always knew where you stood with Dad. He was a tough, stern and stubborn man, but he was also an honest and fair man who cherished and loved his family over anything else.

Dad will be sadly missed by his family, friends and anyone who had the pleasure of meeting him or had the opportunity to sit down and have a coffee with. We all will look forward to sitting down and having a coffee with him again in eternity.

We Love you, Dad! … We Miss you! …. Until we meet again in Heaven.

A viewing will be held on Wednesday January 11, 2023 between 12:00 Noon to 2:00 PM at the Bell Burnaby Funeral Chapel located at 4276 Hastings Street, Burnaby BC.
