It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Dot who passed away peacefully in her sleep. She was predeceased by her husband of 70 years, Bob; her sisters Emma Jacques, Hilda Blakey and Margaret Smith and brothers William and Robert Last. Dot will be remembered by her children Rodney (Brenda), Geoffrey (Marlene) and Betty Reid; 6 grandchildren: Cindi (Reid) Williams (Brian), Gordon Reid (Deanna), Kurtis Reid (Raven), Robert Purvis, Stephanie Purvis and James Purvis; sister Ann (Last) Semple (Gordon) and numerous nieces, nephews and great-grandchildren. Dot and her family were residents of Burnaby for over 65 years. Forever loved by family and friends. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, January 24th, 2015 in the Common Room at 206 - 5450 208th Street, Langley, BC from 1 pm to 4 pm.
