November 29, 1926 - August 2, 2019
Evelyn was born in Handel, Saskatchewan and passed away peacefully at the age of 92. She was one of five children born to Rosie and Ed Glessing.
Evelyn was predeceased by her husband Leonard of 59 years, and will be lovingly remembered by her daughter Cheri and two grandsons Aric and Alex. Her grandsons always made her smile and they meant the world to her.
Evelyn was not afraid of hard work and faced many challenges in her 92 years. She will be fondly remembered for her love, kindness and generosity. We were truly blessed to have such a wonderful Mom and Grandmother.
The family wishes to thank the staff at CareLife Fleetwood for their wonderful care of Evelyn for the past 4 years.
Celebration of Life to be held Sunday, September 15th from 1-4 pm in the Fireside Lounge at St. Andrews Complex, 16461 – 64th Ave., Surrey.
