It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of a loving husband, father, nonno, brother, uncle and friend. Gennaro passed away peacefully on April 30, 2010 at the age of 86. Born February 26, 1924 in San Nazario, Italy, he was predeceased by his parents Brigida and Joseph and sister Maria DelliSanti. He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Antonietta, his five children, Brigida (Jeremy), Deni (Gillian), Joseph (Deborah), Romano (Mary) and Roberto (Linda), twelve grandchildren Marisa, Emma, Andrew, Antony, Emilia, Sarah, Nathaniel, Michael, David, Gino, Stefano and Sonia. He is also survived by his sister Elenora DelliSanti, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends in Canada, U.S.A., Australia and Italy. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, May 7th at 8:00 p.m. at Our Lady of Sorrows Church, 525 Slocan Street, Vancouver, B.C. Private entombment.
