George Panich, beloved father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, passed away peacefully on January 12, 2025, at the age of 93. Born on September 6, 1931, George lived a life filled with love, laughter, and unwavering dedication to his family.
He is survived by his daughter, Milena, and son, Milan, who cherish his memory. George was a proud grandfather to Natasha, Nikolina, Aleksandar, and Nikolas, and a loving great-grandfather to Nikola and Marko. His legacy of kindness and strength will continue to inspire all who knew him.
George had a passion for dancing, winemaking, and building and fixing just about anything. His warm spirit and generous heart will be deeply missed.
A funeral service will be held at 10:30 AM on Friday, January 24, at St. Archangel Michael Church, 7837 Canada Way, Burnaby.
