Taken from us too soon after a life so well lived, Gerry was pre-deceased by his beloved son Andrew and sister-in-law Jane, survived by his loving wife Audrey, son Jeffrey (Cory), daughter Jane (Oscar), grandchildren Braden, Elizabeth & Marguerite, sister Eleanor (Tom), and sister Linda plus nieces and nephews.
Gerry will be remembered for his easygoing nature and generous friendship and his love of the mountains and the sea. His North Burnaby home was the starting point of many travels abroad and many sailing voyages along the B.C. coast. What he most enjoyed was spending time with family and friends, especially at a favorite restaurant or the cabin at Whistler, or tinkering in his workshop on one of his many accomplished projects.
Gerry’s passing will be felt by a wide circle of relatives and friends both old and new, we’ll miss you Dad/Gerry/Poppa with all our hearts.
