It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our wonderful father, Ging Chu Woo on April 24, 2016. He peacefully passed away at Vancouver General Hospital, at the age of 61. He is survived by his beloved wife, son, daughter, son-in-law, 2 sisters and many extended family and friends.
Ging Chu was born in Guangdong, China and lived his earlier life there and later immigrated to Vancouver, Canada. He was an excellent chef who was able to cook a big feast in a matter of minutes. He would be able to cook anything you wanted and the food was simply delicious. My father was a very caring person and always lent a helping hand to help others. Ging Chu was an amazing husband, father and son to his mother and will be dearly missed by all who loved him.
