It is with deep sadness that we announce Jack’s passing. He was born in Virden, Manitoba, and spent his childhood in North Vancouver. Jack is survived by his loving family; wife Jean, daughter Rhonda, sons Robin (Heather), and Jesse, grandchildren Amanda, Skye, Peyton, Dylan, Zoey, Linda, and Ricky, sisters Marianna and Nancy (Arnold) and his faithful dog Buddy. Jack and Buddy loved their walks in Burnaby’s Foreshore Park. He was a member of the Operating Engineers Union Local 115 for over 40 years and enjoyed his work which took him to many places in B.C., the Yukon, and Northwest Territories. There will be a private family service. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Union Gospel Mission would be appreciated.
