September 7, 1922 – June 23, 2014
On June 23, 2014, Jim Bavester passed away peacefully with family by his side at the age of 91 years. He was predeceased by his loving wife of 63 years, Audrey (“the Boss”); and his son, “wee Jimmie”. Jim leaves to cherish his memory his children, Sue, Rod, and Kerry; grandchildren, Kevin, Tara, and Byron (Ashley); great-grandson, Samuel; sister, Nan; as well as many nieces, nephews, and extended family. Special thanks to the staff of the George Derby Centre for their kind and compassionate care. There will be no service by request.
