Our beloved Jeremy passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 27, 2011 in Burnaby Hospital after a courageous battle with lung cancer. Born November 17, 1980 in Burnaby to loving parents Stephen and Jessica Chen, and admired by brother Christopher. He was a dedicated husband to wife Scarlett and proud father to Xavier, both who truly completed his life. Jeremy was devoted to his family and friends, always ready to offer his support and honesty. His drive for success led to accomplishments in theatre and academics at Notre Dame High School. His ambition also led to achievements in his employment within the Port sector, where coworkers will remember him fondly. He will also be remembered for his passion for food, travelling, film and the Habs. He will be sorely missed by his family and friends.
A viewing will be held on Wednesday, March 30th at 8:00 p.m. followed by a service the following day at 1:00 p.m., both to be held at St. Theresa's Parish in Burnaby.
