It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Karen Pui Fan Au-Yeung, beloved grandmother, mother, and wife, after a brave battle with cancer. She is survived, and will be lovingly remembered, by her husband Simon, daughter Janet, son Jamie, daughter-in-law Gloria, and grandchildren Cameron and Miles.
The family would like to thank all of the staff at the VGH Gynecology/Oncology department for their care and kindness during her stays.
A private celebration of life will be held at Forest Lawn Chapel, 3789 Royal Oak Avenue, Burnaby, BC. Visitation is 5-7PM on Tuesday, December 4. In lieu of flowers, donations to the BC Cancer Foundation would be appreciated.
