Kay Tsin Shui Wong passed away peacefully on April 24, 2026. She is lovingly remembered by her sons Harry, Ron, daughters Jennifer (Brant), Betty (Ken), Mary, Julie (Barry) and grandchildren Michael (Emily), Christopher (Jackie), Vanessa, Melissa, Alison (Harbin) and Stephanie (Clarence). She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Jack.
Kay was born in Toisan, China, and immigrated to Canada in 1957 to begin her life with Jack. Together, they first settled in Golden, BC, where they started their family, and later moved to Salmon Arm, BC.
In 1991, Kay and Jack retired to Vancouver, BC, to be closer to their children and growing family. Kay especially cherished her role as “Popo” and found great joy in spending time with her grandchildren—often treating them to dim sum outings that became treasured family memories.
Kay will be remembered for her generosity, selflessness, and kind heart. As Mom and Popo, she leaves behind a legacy of love that will remain in our hearts always.
