Age 86 of Burnaby, BC. Died January 11, 2017. He was born in Vancouver BC January 21, 1930. Kenneth went to Vancouver Technical Secondary School and was also in the Canadian Army Reserves from 1947 – 1949. He was married to Nettie Zelisko on November 21, 1949. Kenneth worked for Alex Gair and Sons for 44 years. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, woodworking, gardening, making wine and square dancing. Kenneth is predeased by son Glen Luporini; and is survived by his wife Nettie Luporini; children Loraine Vanderniet (John), Alan Luporini (Denise); grandchildren Leya Vanderniet, Cheryl Sneddon, Alyssa Vanderniet, Jason Vanderniet, Jillian Luporini, Joanna Luporini, Derek Luporini, Mark Luporini; and 12 great-grandchildren. A Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 pm on Tuesday January 24, 2017 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home (3789 Royal Oak Ave., Burnaby BC) with interment on the property at Forest Lawn Memorial Park to follow.
