Kok Sing was born in Kinmen, Fujian Province and followed his older brothers to Brunei where he met his wife. Looking for better opportunities for their son and daughter, the family immigrated to Canada in March of 1988. Previously a businessman in the country of Brunei, he spent the next 30+ years operating several businesses including general contracting in the 90s to property management and finally in nutraceuticals until his passing.
In his free time, Kok Sing enjoyed gardening, playing table tennis and singing karaoke with friends and family. He could often be seen tinkering around the house and created several handy gadgets to make life a little less tedious. He will be remembered for his easy-going personality, his kind heart and infectious laugh. Kok Sing is survived by his loving wife, son, daughter-in-law, daughter and grandchildren. He will be greatly missed by many friends and family near and far.
